On an estate of 50 hectares, the manor of Kerprigent, registered under the French National Heritage, dates back to the XVIth century. It is located on the Pink Granite Coast, in the department of Côtes d'Armor, between the cities of Lannion and Perros-Guirec. The estate has the exceptional advantage of combining "la vie de château" in the countryside with seaside activities.
